Delivery and returns policy

At the Vintage Barn we always want you to be happy with the goods you receive, however, we know that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. If you have purchased goods online and are not entirely happy with your goods they can be returned to us for a full refund. Please follow the procedure below so that we may deal with your query as quickly as possible.

The goods arrive damaged?

If the packaging is clearly damaged please highlight this to your delivery driver before signing for the goods. If you open the package and find the goods are ok then no further action is needed. If however the goods are damaged please contact us within 3 days. Please retain your delivery note. You will be fully refunded for the goods and delivery charge and the damaged goods will be collected at our expense.

I’m not happy with what I bought.

If the goods are not as described and we find we simply made a mistake or didn’t advise you correctly about damage then you can return the goods to us. Please retain all the packaging and repack the goods. We will make arrangements to collect the goods from you and upon return we will make a full refund to you.

I have changed my mind.

If the goods are as described but you have simply changed your mind you can return the goods for a refund of the purchase price. We will make arrangements to have the goods collected from you and you will be refunded the purchase price less the delivery and collection charge.

Our Courier

All deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days. If you are in a hurry you can request a premium next day service at an additional cost. Goods are sent via courier and are packaged by ourselves.

Delivery charges are shown against each item and will be added to your final bill.
